中文摘要:芍药苷为常用中药芍药的主要有效成分,是一种单萜类糖苷化合物。近年来,国内外学者对芍药苷展开了较为深入的研究,发现芍药苷具有多种生物学效应,并且毒副作用较小;但在检测方法、药效功用等方面的研究结果有很大差异。为了进一步开发其药用价值,揭示其药物配伍规律的物质基础,查阅了PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库有关芍药苷的研究,并结合作者的实验,从芍药苷的检测方法、药物代谢动力学、药理学及毒理学等方面予以综合述评。

Progressive studies of paeoniflorin

Abstract:Paeoniflorin is one of the bioactive components of Paeonia lactiflora, a traditional Chinese herbal medicine. It is the main monoterpene glucoside isolated from the P. lactiflora in 1963. Since then, researchers have found that paeoniflorin has multifold pharmacological effects. In this review, based on the recent available papers published in PubMed and National Knowledge Infrastructure Data Base, we present the major current approaches in understanding the detection methodology, pharmacokinetics and pharmacology, and toxicology of paeoniflorin.
